Conservation Sudbury Completes Low Impact Development Pilot Project

LID also known as green infrastructure is an innovative stormwater management technique that utilizes natural features such as specialized soils, stone, and native tree, shrub, and perennial species as its infrastructure.
The goal of LID is to mimic pre-development hydrologic conditions in order to improve water quality and reduce flooding.
